Ken Kucel |
With 20 years of computer and IT solutions, Ken Kucel is the owner and founder of CompuGig. He currently has his MCSE (Microsoft certified Systems Engineer) certification, as well as his CNE (Certified Netware Engineer) 3, 4, and Master certifications.
Ken is the father of five boys and the husband of one amazing wife. Though computers are a big part of his life, he also enjoys skiing, quadding, and backpacking. Ken is also involved in several outreach programs in his community such as being the Scoutmaster for his local Boy Scout troop, participating in river sweeps and road clean-ups, and giving business education speeches for trouble youth. |
Chadd Trautvetter |
Computer Technician-level 2, Chadd Trautvetter earned a perfect 4.0 grade average at DCI Career Institute, where he received his training as a Technical Support Specialist. Chadd's strength is in his patience and ability to help customer's to understand their computer and it's issues. Chadd is both an outdoor-guy, and an avid gamer. |
Shaun Kupar |
The newest member of the CompuGig team, Shaun is a student of ITT Tech with many years of computer troubleshooting experience. With a strong background in Dos, He has been solving problems since Windows 95. Spelunking and spending time with his wife of 12 years takes up the majority of his time off. Shaun is currently working towards his Windows 7 certification on his path to being a Help Desk Engineer. |

Office Manager, Julie LaDuke, keeps our office organized and running smoothly. Responsible for everything financial, Julie is always prepared to answer any questions you may have regarding billing and/or scheduling. Julie is a wife and mother of 5, who loves spending time with family and friends. |
Libby Kucel |
Managing Human Resources and overseeing marketing is Libbie Kucel. Whenever you call or stop in to CompuGig, you'll be happily greeted by either Julie or Libbie. Together they will make sure that your computer issues are addressed in the most timely manner. Libbie is wife to owner Ken Kucel, and mother of 5 sons. She enjoys baking and running, as well as spending time with family and friends. |

Debbie Mancuso is our “Follow up Girl.” We, at CompuGig, know that you may have questions and/or issues that arise days or weeks after you take your pc home, so we'll call you, to see how it's going! Within 2 weeks of having your computer fixed, Debbie will contact you to make sure you are happy with your experience at CompuGig, because we care! When she isn't making follow-up phone calls, Debbie is managing her busy family of 5. |
