At CompuGig, we come to work each day because we love helping people to be able to both use and enjoy their computers. Not everyone has a great relationship with their computer, but we know how to make that better. With more than 30 years of IT experience, owner Ken Kucel is dedicated to sending each customer out the door, working computer in hand and a smile on their face. Life can be challenging, but CompuGig can make this one part of your life, a whole lot easier.
Do you own or work for a business that needs just a little (or a lot) of help with your IT decisions? We do that, too. Whether you have one computer or one thousand; whether you have a whole IT department that just needs help with the big projects, or you simply need for someone to help you get rid of that annoying pop up, we are your go-to.
We are not your big-box computer business. In fact, the local big-box stores in our area, send lots of business our way. There are certain things they will do, but many they will not, so they send customers our way, which we love!
At CompuGig, we take pride in the fact that many of our customers have been coming to us for years. We’ve retrieved precious photos from the password protected computer of a lost loved-one and set up whole new systems when a flood or fire destroyed computers and data. We’re here for you. Call or stop by anytime and let us know how we can help.
The founder and CEO, Ken’s love of IT led him to launch CompuGig from the nursery of the home shared with his wife and five sons. When he’s not working at CompuGig, he might be found on his motorcycle or at camp.
As head of sales, James combines his knowledge of all things technical with his passion for helping people get along with their computer systems. Whether it’s a highly-specialized system for the NFL, a crazy-cool gaming machine or a laptop for cyber-school, James can get it for you.
Network Engineer Eric is our technical guru. Though he works primarily with our business customers, Eric is always willing to jump into a particularly perplexing computer issue and share his knowledge with anyone desiring to learn.
As a level II technician, Derek is not only experienced in all things computer related, but is also one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. He takes your computer issues very seriously while never failing to keep a great attitude.
